After almost 20 years of a broken engagement, Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck, popularly known as “Bennifer”, have reunited and going strong.
The couple met in 2002 on the set of Gigli and became a pair shortly after. They announced their engagement in less than a year and broke it off after postponing it.
There were rumours that they could not handle the paparazzi and media scrutiny.
In April 2022, J.Lo announced their engagement again, which took the media by storm.
In a statement about their reunion J. Lo said, “We’re older now, we’re smarter, we have more experience, we’re at different places in our lives, we have kids now, and we have to be very conscious of those things.”
“It’s a beautiful outcome that this has happened in this way at this time in our lives where we can really appreciate and celebrate each other and respect each other,” she said.
“We have even more of an appreciation because we know that life can take you in different directions.”
Is the couple already married?
Well, there is some tea to spill.
Apparently, J.Lo and Affleck have secretly tied the knot in a private ceremony.
They reportedly held the wedding at a hotel in Georgia.
The couple obviously learned the lesson of keeping some parts of their personal lives private, and apparently, they are officially married.
